Surf lessons
Our surf lessons are specifically designed to create a fun and safe learning experience. You will be part of a group of up to 8 people and coached by one of our ISA qualified instructors.
Surf lessons are 90 minutes long; the first 30 minutes will be on land where you will learn all the necessary skills that you will then start to put in practice in the Cove for the remaining 60 minutes. You must arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of your lesson to leave time for checking in and get changed.
We will provide you with all of the equipment you need to enjoy your lesson, including a wetsuit, boots, gloves, a hood and an appropriate surfboard. All you need to bring is your swimming costume and a towel.
You must arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of your lesson to leave time to check in, get changed and attend the safety briefing. Before arriving at Lost Shore, you will need to watch our Health & Safety video and sign a waiver.
If you have any questions, we recommend that you have a look at our Surf terms and Surf safely pages for more information.
